BLOOMINGTON, MINNESOTA CODE OF ORDINANCES

§ 6.08 CARELESS FIRES.

No shall negligently or carelessly set on fire, or cause to be set on fire, any combustible material, whether on their own land or not, by means whereof the property of another shall be endangered, or negligently cause any fire upon their own lands to extend beyond the limits thereof.
