§ 4.22 REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF LICENSE.
   Whenever a licensee fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Article II, the City Council may, after a hearing, suspend or revoke the liquor license issued to the licensee by the city. Before any such hearing the licensee shall be given ten days’ written notice of the date, time and location of the hearing and the same information shall be published in the legal newspaper of the city not less than ten days before the date of the hearing.
