§ 1.05 EFFECT ON ACTS DONE, RIGHTS ACCRUED AND PENALTIES AND LIABILITIES INCURRED.
This code shall not affect any act done, any right accrued, any penalty or liability incurred, any suit, prosecution or proceeding pending at the time when they take effect.
