BLOOMINGTON, MINNESOTA CODE OF ORDINANCES

§ 5.50 CONSTRUCTION OF MEMORIAL.

The city shall erect, equip, and maintain a memorial in recognition of the services performed by veterans of the United States armed forces. The memorial shall be constructed at Civic Plaza, 1800 West Old Shakopee Road in Bloomington.
