§ 18.06 REGULATIONS FOR PLANTING TREES.
   (a)   The standard location for yard trees shall be three feet or more inside the property for all property lines abutting a city street.
   (b)   In general, trees shall not be planted in public street rights-of-way, or in the clear view triangle at corners. Any person wishing to plant in such areas must first secure a permit from the City Forester.
