BLOOMINGTON, MINNESOTA CODE OF ORDINANCES

§ 17.04 CONSTRUCTION PERMIT REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to cut, break out or remove any curb along a street or alley without first obtaining a permit for a as hereinafter provided.
