BLOOMINGTON, MINNESOTA CODE OF ORDINANCES

§ 16.24 ADOPTION OF A LOCAL WETLAND PROTECTION AND MANAGEMENT PLAN.

Pursuant to M.S. § 103G.2243, as it may be amended from time to time, the City Council adopts a Local Comprehensive Wetland Protection and Management Plan, which has been prepared under the requirements of Minnesota Rules Chapter 8420.
