BLOOMINGTON, MINNESOTA CODE OF ORDINANCES

§ 16.06 ADOPTION OF A LOCAL COMPREHENSIVE SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN.

The City Council adopts a Local which has been prepared to meet local watershed management planning requirements of the Metropolitan Surface Water Management Act, M.S. Chapter 103B, as it may be amended from time to time, and Board of Water and Soil Resources Rules 8410.
