For the purpose of prescribing regulations governing storm water management, water resources, a storm water utility, and wetlands, the city hereby adopts the following rules and statutes as they may be amended from time to time:
(1) M.S. Chapter 103B, Water Planning and Project Implementation;
(2) Minnesota Administrative Rules, Chapter 8410, Local Water Management;
(3) M.S. Chapter 103G, Waters of the State; and
(4) M.S. § 444.075, Waterworks Systems: Storm, Sanitary Sewer Systems.
