BLOOMINGTON, MINNESOTA CODE OF ORDINANCES

§ 15.82 EFFECTIVE DATE AND ENFORCEMENT.

The provisions of this Article V shall be effective 30 days after publication for all new construction. All existing building within the city to which this Article V applies must be in compliance with its terms within one year of its effective date.
