§ 15.07 TOILET FACILITIES DURING CONSTRUCTION.
Suitable toilet facilities may be required by the Director of Community Development for the use of workers during the construction of any building or group of buildings; provided the Director of Community Development finds that large groups of workers will be employed for a substantial period of time and failure to provide such facilities would result in unsanitary conditions or discomfort to the workers or possible embarrassment to the surrounding residential or business development. Such toilet facilities shall be maintained in a sanitary condition at all times.
