§ 14.588  DETERMINING DISORDERLY BEHAVIOR OR NUISANCE CONDITIONS.
   A determination that the has been the location of disorderly behavior or nuisance conditions is based upon a preponderance of the evidence and is not dependent upon the filing or conviction of criminal charges. Civil enforcement actions provided in this Division D are non-exclusive. Nothing in this Division D may be construed to limit the city’s other available legal remedies for any violation of the law, including without limitation, license sanctions, criminal, civil and injunctive actions. In addition, violations or failure to pay civil fines may result in future license ineligibility.
