§ 14.586  DISORDERLY BEHAVIOR AND NUISANCE CONDITIONS VIOLATION NOTICES.
   (a)   First instance.    (b)   Second instance. If a third instance of disorderly behavior or nuisance conditions occurs at a within 24 months after the second notice of disorderly behavior or nuisance conditions at the same unit for the same or guest of the same , the license may be revoked, suspended or not renewed by the City Council upon the recommendation of the police or .
