(a) Nothing in the evaluator’s report shall guarantee or warrant that a
meets all minimum maintenance, housing and building standards.
(b) Evaluations conducted pursuant to this Division C are made in order to improve the overall housing stock in the city. The report issued by the evaluator is not a guarantee or warranty to any individual buyer, seller or renter regarding the condition of the individual
, nor is the report intended for the special benefit of any individual.
