§ 14.523 EVALUATION REPORT REQUIRED.
   (a)   Except as set forth in this Division C, no single-family , two-family , mobile home or a unit in a multiple-family located within the city may be voluntarily offered for or conveyed by deed or contract for deed until the owner or has first applied for and secured an evaluation prepared by an evaluator licensed under this Division C. The evaluation report must include an in accordance with the requirements in § 14.523.01. A separate must be prepared for each or structure.
   (b)   A valid issued for the in question shall be provided to the buyer before or at the time of of the . The buyer shall not occupy the structure prior to issuance of the .
   (c)   If the structure is in compliance with requirements of this Division C, the shall state that the structure has been inspected and is in conformance with this Division C. An is valid for one year from the date of its issuance. The report is valid only for the owner listed on the report.
   (d)   No person shall offer for by exhibiting or showing a within the city without first having obtained an evaluator’s report and an inspection as described in this Division C. The shall be conspicuously displayed for inspection at the premises at all times that such is being offered for .
