7-2-2: GENERAL PARKING RESTRICTIONS:
   A.   Vehicles For Sale; Sales From Vehicles: It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle upon any street for the purpose of displaying it for sale, or to sell goods and merchandise therefrom. (Ord. 76-56, 9-13-1976)
   B.   All Night Parking: No person shall park any vehicle on any street for a period of time longer than five (5) minutes between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and five o'clock (5:00) A.M. of any day, except persons operating emergency vehicles responding to emergency calls. (Ord. 76-56, 9-13-1976; amd. 2012 Code)
   C.   Alleys: No person shall park a vehicle within an alley in such a manner or under such conditions as to leave available less than ten feet (10') of the width of the roadway for the free movement of vehicular traffic, and no person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle within an alley in such a position as to block the driveway entrance to any abutting property.
   D.   Cab Stands And Bus Stands: No person shall park any vehicle, other than a licensed taxicab, in any area designated by ordinance as a cab stand; nor shall any person park a vehicle, other than a bus, in a place so designated as a bus loading zone.
   E.   Private Property: It shall be unlawful for the owner or operator of any vehicle to park such vehicle on private property without first obtaining the consent of the owner of such property. (Ord. 76-56, 9-13-1976)
   F.   Residential Driveway Aprons: Parking upon any "residential driveway apron", defined as being the area of a residential driveway that is between the curb and sidewalk and/or property line of the property, in a manner that places the vehicle parallel to the street or roadway shall be prohibited.
