The purpose of this chapter is to provide a fair and efficient method of determining the eligibility of an employee for the benefits enumerated under the public safety employee benefits act 1 through the process of an administrative hearing. All benefits provided employees pursuant to the public safety employee benefits act (act) will be consistent with the act. (Ord. 2013-35, 11-25-2013)
