(A) The municipality shall redistrict as often as necessary using the most recent Federal Census to ensure that each ward is substantially equal in population.
(B) The municipality shall stand divided into the following wards as set forth herein:
(1) First Ward. The First Ward shall embrace all the territory lying within the corporate limits of the city east of Broadway Street, and:
(a) All of Lots 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, Block 6, Original City of Bloomfield, Knox County, Nebraska;
(b) All of Blocks 52, 57, 58, 60 and 61, Whited Addition to the City of Bloomfield, Nebraska; and
(c) That tract of land described as follows: commencing at the northwest corner of Block 59; thence due south to the south boundary of said city limits; thence west to the western boundary of said city limits to a point directly west of the northwest corner of Lot 59, thence due east to the northwest corner of Lot 59.
(2) Second Ward.
(a) The Second Ward shall embrace all the territory within the corporate limits of the city west of Broadway Street, except that territory described in divisions (B)(1)(a), (B)(1)(b) and (B)(1)(c), which areas are part of the “First Ward”.
(b) Any territory which shall hereafter be included within the corporate limits of the city shall thereupon become a part of said “First Ward” or “Second Ward” respectively as the same shall be located either east or west of the above described division line.
