§ 155.01  REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   Ord. 97-21 has been made in accordance with a comprehensive plan and to promote the health and general welfare of the community; to lessen congestion in streets; to secure safety from fire and other dangers; to provide adequate light and air; to promote the distribution of population, land classifications and land development to support provisions for adequate transportation, water flows, water supply, drainage, sanitation, recreation and other public requirements; to protect property against blight and depreciation; and to secure economy in governmental expenditures. Ord. 97-21, passed on 9-8-1997 may be known and may be cited and referred to as the “Zoning Ordinance of the City of Bloomfield, Nebraska”. Three copies of the adopted zoning regulations shall be kept on file with the Municipal Clerk and available for inspection by any member of the public during office hours.
