To provide for the orderly development of the city and its environs by ensuring, through the prescribed rules and standards, functional arrangements of street layouts; open spaces; adequate community facilities and utilities, to coordinate development with the city’s transportation, land use and capital facilities plan, and to generally provide conditions favorable for the health, safety and convenience of the community, the subdivision regulations are adopted by Ord. 97-22, passed 9-8-1997. These regulations shall be known, referred to and cited as “The Subdivision Regulations” of the city. Three copies of the adopted subdivision regulations shall be kept on file with the Municipal Clerk and available for inspection by any member of the public during office hours.
