There is hereby established an Economic Development Program in conformity with the Local Option Municipal Economic Development Act, being Neb. RS 18-2701 through 18-2739, and the Economic Development Program Plan approved by the voters of the city on 5-15-2012, for the period 10-1-2012 to 9-30-2025. The Economic Development Plan is adopted by reference and incorporated as if fully set forth herein. A copy of the Economic Development Plan is on file in the office of the City Clerk and available for public inspection during normal business hours.
