§ 132.02  PROHIBITED LOCATION OF RESIDENCE.
   It is unlawful for any person who is a sexual predator as defined herein or under similar provisions of any other state and who has victimized a person 13 years of age or younger, to reside within 500 feet of a school or child care facility.
