§ 130.06  ENFORCEMENT; POLICE AUTHORIZATION.
   Every member of the police force, while on duty, shall be authorized to detain any such minor willfully violating the provisions of this chapter and, upon apprehension of said minor, shall forthwith notify by telephone or other appropriate means the parents or legal guardians or person in custody of said minor.
