§ 130.05  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DWELLING HOUSE. The primary residence of the minor, including the curtilage and sidewalk abutting the residence.
   EMERGENCY. An unforeseen combination of circumstances that calls for immediate action.
   MINOR. An unemancipated person under the age of 18.
