§ 130.03  REASONABLE DEFENSES.
   “Reasonable defenses” to a violation are:
   (A)   The minor is accompanied by a parent, guardian or other adult person having the legal care, custody or control of such minor;
   (B)   The minor is on an errand at the direction of the minor’s parent, guardian or other adult person having the legal care, custody or control of such minor and was using a direct route;
   (C)   The minor is in a motor vehicle involved in interstate travel;
   (D)   The minor is engaged in employment activity, including, but not limited to, newspaper delivery, and is using a direct route;
   (E)   The minor is involved in an emergency; and
   (F)   The minor is traveling directly between his or her dwelling house and a place of employment, church, school or a function supervised by parents and sponsored by the city, civic organization or another similar entity that takes responsibility for the minor.
