(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Any violation of § 93.03 of this chapter shall constitute an infraction and shall be punishable by a warning for the first offense, a fine of $20 for the second offense and a fine of $30 for the third offense. A fourth and any subsequent violation shall constitute a Class III misdemeanor.
(2) Any person violating § 93.03 of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in any sum not exceeding $500 for each offense and shall be assessed court costs of prosecution.
