The following described territory in the municipality shall be and constitute the fire limits: all of Blocks 2, 3, 6 and 7 bounded by Bazile Street on the north, Clark Street on the east, Grant Street on the south and Washington Street on the west; except the northeast quarter of Block 2, the southeast quarter of Block 7 and the southwest quarter of Block 6, all in the original town.
