§ 73.02  ESTABLISHMENT OF ROUTES.
   (A)   The following streets are hereby designated a snow route within the city:
      (1)   Main Street, from Pierre Street to Randolph Street; and
      (2)   Broadway, from Lincoln Street to the bridge over Little Bazile Creek.
   (B)   In addition to the above named streets, the Mayor, or his or her designee, is hereby authorized to establish snow emergency routes upon any street or highway of the city and may place appropriate signs, marks, lines, signals or other traffic control devices indicating the existence of said snow emergency routes. Such designation of any street, highway or portion thereof as a snow emergency route shall in no way affect any previous designation of that street or highway as an arterial or other road designation.
