§ 71.09  LEFT TURN PROHIBITED FOR DIAGONAL PARKING, DRIVE-THROUGHS.
   No vehicle shall be allowed to turn left across the centerline of Broadway Street or Main Street in the downtown business district (which business district is hereby defined as being one block north, south, east and west of the intersection of Broadway and Main Streets) so as to park such vehicle in the diagonal parking spaces, nor shall such left hand turn across the center line be allowed for purposes of entering a vehicular drive-through business. This section does not prohibit such left hand turn across the centerline of Main Street for the purposes of a vehicle entering any private driveway or alley.
