§ 54.051  TAP FEE; INSTALLATION EXPENSE.
   (A)   Upon application for the installation of sewer service, the customer shall pay a tap fee to the Municipal Clerk in the amount of $250, which shall entitle the customer to tap into the municipal sewer system.
   (B)   The Utilities Superintendent, or his or her authorized representative, shall perform the actual tapping of the sewer main, but all other costs and expense incident to the installation and connection of the building sewer shall be borne by the customer.
   (C)   The customer shall indemnify the municipality from any loss or damage that may directly or indirectly be occasioned by the installation of the building sewer.
