§ 54.005  FEES AND COLLECTIONS.
   (A)   Sewer use fees shall be due and payable at the same time and in the same manner as water fees are due and payable.
   (B)   All penalties and procedures concerning delinquent accounts with the Municipal Water Department shall also be applicable to delinquent accounts with the Municipal Sewer Department.
