3-6-5: RECEIVING ITEMS FROM PROSCRIBED PERSONS:

It shall be unlawful for any person licensed pursuant to this chapter or any employee of any person licensed pursuant to this chapter to receive any items from a person who is under eighteen (18) years of age or who is either intoxicated or obviously mentally deficient. (Document, 1984)
