A. In the event a written contract or agreement intending to bind the city or for which the city may incur a financial liability is proposed for adoption, said contract or agreement shall not be executed by the city without first being reviewed by the city attorney for legality and potential city liability.
B. This will include the initial review of standard city contracts that have been created for use multiple times. (Ord., 11-25-1997)
