12-1-7: PENALTY:

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding four hundred ninety nine dollars ($499.00) or imprisonment in the county jail for three (3) months, or both fine and imprisonment for each violation.
