Any person violating the provisions of this title shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding four hundred ninety nine dollars ($499.00), or imprisonment in the county jail for ninety (90) days, or by both fine and imprisonment. Each day the offending condition is allowed to exist shall constitute a separate offense. In addition, any person violating any provisions of this title shall be required to correct, at their expense, any violations so that the subdivision is in compliance. (Ord. 2008-5, 5-13-2008)
