A. No building, structure or land shall hereafter be used and no building or structure, or part thereof, shall be erected, constructed, reconstructed, altered, repaired, moved or structurally altered except in conformance with the regulations herein specified for the district in which it is located; nor shall a yard, lot or open space be reduced in dimension or area to an amount less than the minimum requirements set forth herein.
B. No structure shall hereafter be erected, altered or used until a proper permit therefor has been issued by the responsible official designated by the city council.
C. No person, firm or corporation, and no officer or employee thereof, shall knowingly sell, rent or lease, or offer to sell, rent or lease, any land or structure for any use or purpose contrary to the provisions of this title. (Ord. 1978-1, 3-8-1978, as amended)
