A. It shall be unlawful for the owner, occupant, lessor, or agent of any property, abutting on a paved roadway or right of way improved with curb, gutter or sidewalk to fail to remove, or have removed all weeds and trash trees, that are unsightly and/or that are causing damage to the public way improvements, from the sidewalk or the roadway to the curb line of the street.
B. It shall be unlawful for any person removing weeds or trash trees from the sidewalk or roadway to deposit the same or any other material in the gutter so as to clog or prevent the flow of water therein. (Ord. 2007-5, 1-8-2008)
