5-2-12: PENALTY:

Any violation of this Chapter shall be a misdemeanor, and any person found guilty of a violation of this Chapter shall be subject to penalty as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. (1996 Code; Ord. 76-2, 11-30-76)
