A. In addition to the other enforcement provisions applicable to this title, after the effective date(s), it shall be a misdemeanor for any person, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, association, government entity or business entity to use an on site wastewater system without the required discharge permit and/or to operate such system in violation of such permit, the rules, and/or any of the provisions of this chapter.
B. With the approval of the board, the administrator shall have the power and the authority to file an action in district court to compel compliance with this chapter and the rules, to obtain reimbursement for inspections and/or maintenance performed by the OWMP, and to enforce liens related to the OWMP.
