3-5-3: COMPLIANCE AND ENFORCEMENT:
It shall be a misdemeanor to use a malfunctioning AOSS and/or to fail to cause the AOSS to be inspected, repaired or modified as required herein. (Ord. 96-11, 10-15-1996)
