A. Any landowner failing to comply with this chapter shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of Idaho Code section 22-2409, and any amendments thereto.
B. Violations involving the possession, planting, or sale of any plant species on the county noxious weed list are misdemeanors punishable by the penalties set forth in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 2016-01, 2-23-2016)
