At the termination of the assembly, the licensee shall remove all site alterations from the assembly site and shall, to the extent it is reasonably practicable, restore the assembly site to its original condition. In the event this is not accomplished within ten (10) days after the assembly, the Board of Commissioners is authorized to accomplish the removal and restoration and charge the costs against the performance bond.
