The application for a license shall be processed and issued after proof of compliance with this Chapter has been submitted to the Board of Commissioners. Proof of compliance with this Chapter must be submitted to the Board of Commissioners at least thirty (30) days prior to the proposed assembly. Prior to issuance of a license, the applicant shall pay a license fee, which shall be set by the Board of Commissioners. (Ord. 2000-02, 2-28-2000)
