The County reserves the right to publish, at its discretion, especially important or sensitive notices in both local newspapers. The fact that the County may publish certain notices in both papers is not an admission that either publication is the official or designated paper for those purposes. Currently the County will publish County elections and bond elections in both publications. (Ord. 95-23, 5-1-95)
