9-3-6: CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY REQUIRED:
No building or structure for which valid permits have been issued shall be used or occupied, and no change in the existing occupancy classification of a building or structure or portion thereof shall be made until applicable conditions of the permits have been met and the building official has issued a certificate of occupancy.
