This chapter is intended to help provide for a balanced mix of housing types within Blaine County per the comprehensive plan. The intent is to meet the needs of park operators and residents by allowing for development, continued use, and maintenance of manufactured and mobile home parks as a viable source of affordable housing.
The purpose in establishing this chapter is to allow existing mobile and manufactured home parks that are denser than the underlying zoning district to be recognized by Blaine County as conforming, and to provide basic standards for the future establishment of mobile and manufactured home parks in other appropriate locations in Blaine County.
