10-9-4: PERMITTED, CONDITIONAL AND ACCESSORY USES:
Permitted, conditional, and accessory uses within a CD shall be those allowed in the underlying A-20, A-40, R-10, or RR-40 zoning districts.
   A.   In cases where an A-20 CD includes contiguous land regulated by a zoning district or district(s) other than the A-20 in title 9, chapter 5 of this code, the permitted, conditional, and accessory uses provided for in those district(s) shall be allowed in the underlying zoning district.
