A violation of any provision of the Electrical Code may be prosecuted as a misdemeanor, punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. Each day that such a violation occurs or continues, shall constitute a separate criminal offense. (Ord. 2019-05, 4-2-2019)
