A. A violation of any provision of the Building Code may be prosecuted as a misdemeanor, punishable as provided in Blaine County Code Section 1-4-1. Each day that such a violation occurs or continues, shall constitute a separate criminal offense.
B. Withholding of Permits: The Building Official may withhold permits, including building permits and certificates of occupancy, on lots or parcels of land where a violation of any provision of Title 7, 9, or 10 of this Code exists, unless the permit being requested is to resolve the violation(s).
