10-1-7: COUNTING DAYS:
Computation of time limits for acts to be done shall be accomplished by excluding the first day and including the last unless the last is a holiday, in which case the last day is also excluded. (Ord. 77-6, 3-28-1977, eff. 4-14-1977)
